These were bought for my 13 year old daughter who is an avid basketball player. She loves them and says they're her favorite sock. She enjoys the compression zones, which likely is the reason her feet no longer hurt after a game. One caution, she says they're very slippery on hardwood and vinyl tile.

The socks fit correctly to my feet (size 8.5-9). They are comfortable and thick enough to be worn as athletic socks. By the look of them, you probably can tell that they try to resemble a certain brand of socks. On that note, they may be more comfy but can't tell if they are as durable. The branded ones have reinforced fabric on the toes and heels but these are more evenly made. Given the price, I recommend to give it a try.

The foot/sole feels padded or thicker, which is great when you are moving and sweating a lot during ball practice. We ordered a size M for a women's size 10 shoe. If I ordered again I would move to the size L. I have an average wide foot, not narrow but not super wide. The socks are a little snug and I feel like the next size would give me a little more room and not be quite as tight or stretched on the calf. I like the all black sock without the white ring around the top as the other colors and one set of black have on them. Overall good socks and fun to wear.
